Workplace Consultations

Your osteopath provides in-company osteopathy consultations
How does it work?
01
Setting up an agreement
The company and the osteopath establish an agreement that sets out the terms and conditions of workplace consultations.
The benefits of such an agreement include a reduction in employee absenteeism through guidance and advice on posture and movement at work. These measures align with the company’s objectives regarding quality of life at work (QWL).
03
Osteopathy Consultations
Consultations take place at the workplace on a specific day agreed upon with the company and the osteopath. The practitioner brings their treatment table and equipment. All that is required is a heated room with access to a water point to comply with hygiene standards during the osteopathy session.
05
Settlement of fees
For the portion of the fees to be paid by employees, payment is made on the day of the consultation by credit card, cheque, or cash.
The employer’s contribution is settled by a single bank transfer after each session conducted by the osteopath.
02
A prerequisite for the agreement
The company contributes to the payment of osteopathy consultations.
A meaningful gesture that demonstrates employer involvement and consideration for employees, and falls within the framework of promoting quality of life at work.
04
Regarding administrative matters
An invoice is sent to the employee for their portion of the consultation fee. A separate invoice is sent to the employer for the company’s contribution to the employee’s osteopathy consultation.
